2-25 Membership Mixer at La Bella Via
The Phillipsburg Rotary Club’s Membership Mixer at La Bella Via did not disappoint; an evening of fun, food, wine, and the sharing of information on a topic we are very passionate about, Rotary! The evening ended with the presentation of our yearly donation to Mark Valli and Lisa Weber from Norwescap. Thank you to all the Rotarians for sharing their time and talent for this special evening. HUNTERDON Chip Paillex COUNTY, NJ - Imagine the show “Extreme Makeover Home Edition,” except instead of chanting “move that bus” to reveal the new home, the enthusiastic crowd cheers as truckloads of freshly picked produce that they helped to harvest are being shipped out to feed the hungry.
Our club is a proud part of this community and of Rotary International. Rotary is a global network of more than 1.2 million members who believe that great things happen when dedicated minds come together. We are community and business leaders representing different professions, experiences, and perspectives with a shared desire to connect with others to address the challenges affecting our community and communities around the world. Partnering with local, national, and global experts to exchange ideas about possible solutions, we draw up action plans to respond.
Since our start in 1938, our club has offered opportunities for our members - and those interested in making a difference - to get involved. Through meetings, social events, and volunteer projects, such as our Golf Outing and Corks & Forks, we raise funds to support both local and global initiatives. Along with these opportunities to serve, members also are able to regularly network, resulting in lifelong friendships and business connections.
